RMA Policies


An RMA Authorization number MUST be obtained PRIOR to returning any product. Proof of Purchase MUST be included with the shipment, description of the problem will speed up the repair/replacement turnaround time. Products must be in their original packaging material and box, all undamaged and unmarked, including all original manuals and cables etc.

Please fax or email your RMA request to obtain an RMA # which is valid for 15 days. The issue of an RMA number does not guarantee that you will receive warranty service, replacements or that credit will be approved.

NOTE: Shipments to Megaforce Computers Inc MUST BE PREPAID TO OUR DOOR WITH THE RMA NUMBER OUTSIDE THE BOX. A $20.00 Administration fee will be charged to locate a copy of your original invoice.

Returns that are not following to the appropriate procedures will be returned to you, freight collect. We will not accept product that is returned improperly packaged, marked, or physically damaged.

All products Must Return within 14 days from the date of purchases and authorization must be obtained by contacting your Megaforce Computers Account Manager and are only acceptable when in "NEW" resalable condition with original boxes unmarked. A 20% restocking fee will apply based on the item's purchase price.

No Fault Found "No fault Found" returns would be subject to a $10.00 inspection and handling charge.
